CUSTOMER SERVICE
For Customer Service and questions regarding your order, please call us at 1-212-812-1473 between 9AM and 6PM EST, Monday through Friday. You may also contact us via email at contact@dlcollection.com

ORDER PROCESSING
Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Priority shipping orders received before 12PM (noon) EST will be shipped the same day. Processing and shipping time does not include weekends, and orders placed on Friday after 12PM (noon) EST, Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
For orders shipping internationally, please allow for 3-5 business days for your order to ship once it has cleared customs.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
Business Days: Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States, as well as the day after Thanksgiving.
Second day and Overnight: Orders must be placed by 12PM (noon) Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day. Overnight orders that ship on Friday will not be delivered until Monday (excluding holidays).
Shipping charges are based on order totals and David Lerner offers free shipping on all orders over $250, excluding tax and
Standard shipping takes approximately 5 business days. Second day and Overnight delivery is available for an additional charge.

PAYMENT METHODS
· For security reasons your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment.
· All purchases require bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
David Lerner would like you to be satisfied with your purchase. To return or exchange your online purchase or for any other order discrepancy, please email us at contact@dlcollection.com within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. We are unable to refund the freight charges and we cannot accept any used products after that period.
